The Best Way to Lose Weight
The Best Way to lose weight, the fastest,
safest way to burn away excess body fat, get slimmer, leaner, sexier, feel
younger, healthier and fitter. Slimming Tablets, Diet Pills, Weight Loss
Classes, Aerobics, low carb diets, exercise, fitness , slimmers capsules, green
tea, herbal remedies and other potions, formulations and fat burning programs
and products are touted as the best way to lose weight, the fastest way to lose
those extra
pounds and other such phrases. So which is the best way? Each way has its own
champions that will tell you that this is the only way that really works - but
in essence there is a formula that will work for more people than anything and
it is very very simple.
You need to de determined and have desire - by
this we mean REALLY DETERMINED - casually interested in dropping a couple of
pounds is not the sort of desire we are talking of - we mean a STRONG DESIRE TO
ACHIEVE - something that is supremely important to you.
Make good food choices - if the food is
processed - don't eat it! Good fresh foods ( which don't have to cost a
fortune). Also eat 7-9 smaller meals a day rather than 3 big ones.
Drink AT LEAST 3 litres of water every day - if
you want you can add a small amount of Sugar Free diluted juice in to help the
process of drinking this amount.
MOVE!!! Don't just sit there move - take the
stairs (not the lift) walk short journeys ( instead of taking the car) - if you
don't move you will not stimulate your metabolism to burn calories. Ideally
exercise - not necessarily going to the gym ( but the more muscle you carry the
more calories you will burn and therefore the less fat you will store)
Determination + Good Food Choices + Lots of
Water + Movement = Best Way to Lose Weight.
Lose Weight Faster
The key to successful weight loss is to stay
motivated. You need to try and stay as focused as possible if you are determined
to lose weight and get healthy. As losing weight is not just about looking good
in clothes, if you are considerably overweight, it is also essential for your
general health and well-being. Overweight people don’t tend to live as long and
can suffer more health problems than those with a healthy weight. Having this
thought in your mind can give you the impetus to really go for it.
You
will only lose weight if you really want to; having a half-hearted approach will
probably mean you will fail at your weight loss goals. Keeping your goals and
aims within reach will make it easier for you to achieve. A good way of spurring
yourself on to stick to a diet is to take photos of yourself as you are before
you start dieting and consistently take photos throughout of your progress,
seeing the results will only make you want to continue.
If there is a particular item of clothing that
you wish you could fit into or would love to buy, keep that in your mind and
imagine yourself wearing it and how great you will look. And then once you reach
that target weight, you will feel a great sense of satisfaction. It may sound
trivial but even accomplishing something small will keep you encouraged.
If you have a friend who would also like to lose weight, you could both join a
gym together or go running together or even just be there to lend support to
each other. Sharing your progress with each other can be fun and rewarding and
keep the both of you focused. Dieting can be lonely and miserable but not when
there is someone else going through the same thing, it can help inspire you to
keep going and not to give up.
